  • Travel Vaccinations
  • Travel Health Consultations
  • Ear Wax Removal
  • Seasonal Vaccinations
  • Private Vaccinations
  • Pharmacy Services
  • Health Consultations
  • NHS Services (where eligible)

All healthcare services are provided by qualified pharmacists and trained healthcare professionals.

Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or in person.

Booking confirmation secures your appointment request but does not guarantee treatment. Every patient will receive an appropriate clinical assessment before any treatment or vaccination is provided.

Some vaccinations and healthcare services require additional medical assessment to determine suitability.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment and bring any relevant medical records or vaccination history where available.

Late arrival may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

Patient Responsibilities

When booking with Vaccibuddy, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and medical information.
  • Inform our healthcare professionals of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications.
  • Follow all professional medical advice.
  • Arrive on time for appointments.
  • Notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide accurate information may prevent treatment from being safely delivered.

Medical Information & Disclaimer

The information published on Vaccibuddy is intended for general educational purposes only.

It should not be considered medical advice and must not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Healthcare recommendations may change over time. Treatment decisions are always based on an individual clinical assessment performed by one of our qualified healthcare professionals.

Vaccibuddy does not provide emergency medical services.

If you require urgent medical assistance, please contact:

  • NHS 111
  • Your GP

Service Eligibility

Some healthcare services may not be suitable depending on:

  • Medical history
  • Current medications
  • Pregnancy
  • Allergies
  • Age
  • Travel destination
  • Previous vaccinations

Our pharmacist will determine clinical suitability before any treatment is provided.

Travel Health Services

Travel health recommendations are based on current public health guidance, destination-specific risks, and available vaccines.

Because international health requirements frequently change, Vaccibuddy cannot guarantee entry requirements imposed by foreign governments.

Patients should always review official government travel advice before travelling.

Where applicable, International Certificates of Vaccination (ICVP) for Yellow Fever vaccination may be issued.

Patient Consent

Before treatment, patients will receive information regarding:

  • Benefits
  • Risks
  • Possible side effects
  • Alternative treatment options

Treatment proceeds only after informed clinical consent has been obtained.

Patients may withdraw consent at any time before treatment begins.

Payments

Many private healthcare services require payment before the appointment.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Online Payments
  • Contactless Payments

Prices shown on the website may change without prior notice.

All payments are processed securely using trusted payment providers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may not qualify for a refund due to clinical resources already being allocated.

Patients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice (“No Show”) may be charged and are generally not eligible for a refund.

Certain travel vaccines are ordered specifically for individual patients. Once vaccines have been ordered, prepared, or supplied, refunds cannot normally be provided unless required by law.

If a pharmacist determines that treatment is unsuitable before administration, Vaccibuddy may offer:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Alternative treatment
  • Appointment rescheduling

Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
